The plan pane follows the chat's own folder
A chat opened from another folder now shows and edits that folder's plan, and Work profile turns report the model they really ran on.
When you opened a chat from a different project folder, the agent planned in that folder while the plan pane kept showing the window's own folder. Edits you made in the pane landed in the wrong plan. The pane now shows the open chat's folder plan, the same one the agent works on.
Turns run under a Work profile also now record the worker's own provider beside its model, so their usage, limits and helper agents point at the model that actually did the work.
Approvals for one chat can no longer race a reset of that chat's session grants, and a background chat's context note is filed under its own run.
