How do you give a whole team the same AI agent setup?

Bandicot keeps a workspace's setup in one file, setup.json, carrying providers, skills and settings. Drop it on the window and Bandicot shows what it will apply before anything changes. Keys are not in the file; each person types theirs at a hidden prompt. Everyone who drops the same file lands on the same setup.
