Name one Mac the captain. From your other Macs, read its sessions as they run, continue one, and answer an approval on whichever Mac you are at.

The agent is halfway through a job on your desk Mac and you are on the laptop. Either you walk back, or you start again and lose the context.
One Mac holds the truth. Every other Mac you own follows it, and a message you send from one runs once on the captain.
Every card names its status. Available now means you can use it today; in development and direction mean it is not shipped yet.

Bandicot gives every agent a project, tools, a session that survives restarts, approvals, and a clear place to stop.
The native host owns execution facts. The model proposes work; it does not certify a write, spend, or success.
Keep files, context, plans, and decisions with the project instead of losing them in a disposable chat.
A session is anchored to a project boundary so a pivot starts from an intentional context, not accidental history.
Close the window, restart, or pick up from another of your Macs without turning the work into a brand-new conversation.
The host records session state and every window reattaches to it. When a long chat is summarized, the agent can still search and reread what was there.
When work can change files or systems, Bandicot makes the decision visible before the effect lands.
The approval boundary fails closed when an action is not allowed. The model cannot grant itself permission.
Name one Mac the captain. From your other Macs, read its sessions live, continue one, and answer approvals wherever you are.
Your own Macs on one account; a message that arrives twice runs once. The iPhone app is in development.
Agents that run on a schedule or on request inside a project, under the same approvals as a chat.
Automations run on your Mac while Bandicot is open, or on another of your Macs that is awake. There is no hosted runner.
Every change an agent makes is a version: undo a whole run, restore one file, or drag a slider to put a folder back to any moment.
Works with or without git, on any disk you plug in. Restoring is itself recorded, so an undo can be undone.
Talk or type to your Mac from your iPhone, watch it work, and approve a risky step with Face ID.
The Mac side and the push relay are built. The iPhone app is not released yet.
For you if
People with a desk Mac and a laptop, or a Mac that does the heavy work while they are away from it.
Not for you if
Different people sharing one project today: that is in development.

Bandicot does these too, but they are not why this page exists. Anything marked in development or direction is not shipped yet.
No. It runs on the captain, with the captain's files, models and rules. The Mac you are on shows the session live and sends your messages to it.
When it wakes and hears another Mac, it sees the change and steps down instead of carrying on. A Mac becomes the captain only when you make it one.
Yes. One switch on the captain turns chats from your other devices on or off, without touching approvals or automations.
Not yet. The Mac side is built and the iPhone app is in development. Today the captain takes chats from your other Macs.
