One incident, one project, nothing else in the room.

Create a project for the files you are allowed to use and keep the draft beside the evidence. You decide where the prompts go, a local model keeps them on your Mac, and reading outside the project asks first.

What changes

Now

Incident notes get mixed into a shared chat with unrelated work, and the draft cites evidence that no one can find afterwards.

With Bandicot

The project holds only what you put in it. The agent drafts, you check the timeline against the evidence, and every edit to the draft is a version.

What we say about it

Hosted providers and local models, in the same project.
Reading a folder outside the project asks first and names it, and keys in command output are masked before the agent or the history sees them.

Everything on one slip

Reading a folder outside the project asks first and names it, and keys in command output are masked before the agent or the history sees them.

Questions before you start

Will it tell me the cause of the incident?

No. Agent output is a draft to check against evidence. Bandicot keeps context and file changes, not a verified incident verdict.

Where do the prompts go?

A local model runs on your Mac. A hosted provider receives the prompts you send it and bills you directly. Choose the route the work permits.

Can I take back an agent's edits?

Yes. In projects you enrol in Versions, file changes are recorded. Restore a file or undo a whole run, with or without Git.
