Background chats keep their own folder and model

A chat working in the background now finds the skills it writes in its own folder, and its helper sessions run on its model, not the open chat's.

Engine

When a chat in another folder wrote a new skill, agent or extension while running in the background, Bandicot looked for it in the window's folder and never found it. It now looks in the chat's own folder.

Helper sessions that a background chat starts now run on that chat's model, and the check that keeps helpers cheaper compares against that chat's cost, not the open chat's.

Work profile chats also keep the exact model they started on, including the profile's context limit.
