Your Mac says when it refuses a team change
When a team's coordinator sends a change the team's rules do not allow, your Mac keeps it out, counts it, and says so in the channel.
Every team change, such as adding a member or changing a role, is checked on each Mac against the team's rules. A change that broke them was kept out without telling anyone.
Your Mac now counts each one it refuses, keeps the count across restarts, and shows it in the channel. A refused addition is never treated as a member.
