The window always hears when its link drops and comes back
After a run of quick reconnects, a real drop is no longer missed, so live updates resume by themselves. The log now says why each link closed.
The window keeps a live link to the engine. A few quick reconnects in a row could make it miss the next real drop, and live updates then stayed off until you reloaded. Every link that held now reports its loss and its return, and the window picks your chats back up on its own.
Two log files keep the reason each link closed, written once instead of flooding, which makes the next connection problem much quicker to find.
