Runs survive a silent connection and long files

Claude-protocol runs no longer fail right after the first tool call, can write long files, and recover when the connection goes quiet instead of hanging.

Engine

A run on a Claude-protocol model could stop with an error just after its first tool call, because the request it sent next was malformed. That request is now always well formed.

Each request asks for the model's full output allowance, so writing a long file no longer stops partway.

When the connection to the model goes silent, Bandicot closes it after a quiet minute and a half and sends the call again if nothing had arrived, instead of showing running until you press Stop.
