The command line says when a sandbox is in the way
bandicot rpc run from an agent's sandbox now says the app is running but out of reach, instead of claiming Bandicot is not running.
Commands an agent runs inside Bandicot are kept off the app's own connection, so an agent cannot step around its permissions. When such a command tried bandicot rpc, it was told Bandicot was not running, and a helper session spent its turn looking for an app that was there all along.
Now bandicot rpc, vcs and asks say the app is running but this command may not reach it, and exit 2. From your own Terminal nothing changes.
