Open a chat that is working and watch it live
Clicking a chat whose agent is still working now opens it and shows the live stream, with Working and a Stop, and your typed message is queued, not lost.
A chat with a run still going in the background used to refuse to open and bounce you back to the one you were on. Now it opens straight away and shows the work as it happens: the live stream, a Working state, and a Stop that ends the run. When it finishes, the chat refreshes on its own to show everything it did.
Typing while it works no longer freezes: your message is queued and delivered when the agent is ready, and an approval it needs appears right in the chat. Opening a running chat changes nothing about the run itself.
