Helper sessions can save their work to their own branch

A helper session that works on its own copy of a project can now commit to its own branch, and still cannot touch settings, hooks or other branches.

Engine

A helper session that runs in the background on its own copy of your project used to stop at the commit: the safety sandbox refused every write into the project's history.

It can now commit to its own branch. Bandicot decides which branch from the copy it made itself, never from a file the helper could change. The project's settings, its hooks and every other branch stay out of reach.
