Background chats mark estimated costs correctly
A chat in the background now marks its cost as an estimate when its own provider gives no exact prices, whatever the open chat uses.
Some providers publish no exact prices, so Bandicot marks their costs as estimates. It used to decide this from the chat open in the window, so a background chat on such a provider could show its cost as exact.
Now each chat's turns are marked by the provider that chat actually used.
