Background chats see their plan and keep their outputs
Background chats now see their own plan, keep the outputs they make, and log honest context sizes for the helpers they start.
Each turn, Bandicot adds a short note with the chat's current plan and canvas. Chats working in the background built that note and then threw it away, so they worked without their plan in view.
Files a background chat's tools produced were also filed under whichever chat was open in the window, and helper agents logged the open chat's context size as their own.
Each chat now gets its own note, keeps its own outputs, and helpers record no size rather than a wrong one.
