Helpers, multiplexer tiles and activity rows show a coloured dot and the time work stopped, with no words, ticks or crosses; System One notes drop the green.
Every helper, multiplexer tile and activity row now shows its state as one dot: its colour tells working, needs you, done and failed apart, and a working dot pulses. Next to a finished, failed or waiting one is the time it stopped. Hover the dot for the word; screen readers still hear it.
The note that says what System One is doing, such as rating a tool call, now has the same quiet edge as the rest of the window instead of a green one.
