The Sidebar button and the Wall switch are always in the title strip
The title strip no longer waits for the app to finish starting up, so the Sidebar button, the Wall switch and the panel icons are always there.
If Bandicot was busy with a long run when the app opened, startup could stop trying, and the title strip never appeared. The Sidebar button and the Wall switch disappeared, and the panel icons dropped into the chat header.
The strip now appears as soon as you are signed in. Startup keeps trying quietly, every 15 seconds at most, until the engine answers.
