A sweep through every layer

We checked the app layer by layer and fixed what we found: stuck sessions, lost files, leaking terminals, slow lists and settings that went missing.

Engine

A reply cut off in the middle of a tool call no longer leaves the session failing on every later prompt, stall detection keeps working while the automation adviser is speaking, and old screenshots are no longer resent with every model call.

If saving a file fails halfway, the file goes back to what it held before instead of being left empty or cut off. A long command keeps showing its newest output past the first 256 KB instead of looking frozen.

Sessions and history

A big or damaged list of sub-sessions is no longer replaced by an empty one on the next save. When the window falls behind, every open session learns it must reload instead of silently missing an approval. Newly opened tiles show the latest activity, and the session list no longer holds everything up while it reads.

Running tools in a large project no longer rescans every file before and after each step, and a full disk while saving history no longer makes saved versions look missing.

The Mac and the network

Terminals no longer pile up output, leak into later shells or wake the laptop twenty times a second. A prompt that is too large now fails at once with a clear message instead of hanging for thirty seconds.

A mistyped sandbox setting now keeps commands sandboxed instead of turning protection off. A scheduled automation waiting in the half-price slow lane no longer loses its answer to one network blip, and every request skips re-reading the Mac's certificates.

Settings changed while a save is in progress are kept, and long answers stream smoothly because the sidebar and finished code blocks no longer redraw on every word.
