Only current members can start a team again
Guests and removed members can no longer start a team again, and the old team stays yours until you have actually joined the new one.
When the Mac that runs a team is gone, a member can start the team again and invite everyone back. A guest could do it too, and would then own the new team. Someone already removed could also send everyone an offer to join a team they run.
Now only current members can start a team again or send that offer. Joining the new team also no longer retires the old one until the join has gone through, so a link that fails leaves the offer in place to try again.
Also fixed
Invite links show who sent them again. The invite note says plainly that whoever opens the link first joins straight away. Only the owner sees the option to hand over the coordinator role or remove another owner. A new name reaches people who join later, and a team that was started again no longer offers a message box.
