Versions links each git commit to its version
When the agent commits with git, Versions notes the command and the commit beside the version it saved.
In a project that uses git, the agent sometimes commits, switches branch or makes a new one. Versions now notices when one of its commands moves git, and writes down the command and the commit next to the version that holds those files.
Nothing changes in how git works for you. Your commits stay where they were, and Versions keeps its own history beside them, so either one can find the other.
