Several edits to a file in one go
The agent can change many places in one file at once, and risky shell commands are caught more reliably while ordinary ones never wait.
When a file needs changes in several places, the agent now makes them all in a single step. Either every change lands or none does, so you never end up with a file that is half edited. Each step is still saved as a version you can go back to.
Ordinary commands just run
Everyday commands like listing files, running tests, building or committing go straight through without a pause. Commands that could delete or overwrite things are looked at more carefully, and the check now understands more of the ways a risky command can be written. If that extra check is ever slow or unavailable, the agent carries on with your usual permissions instead of stopping.
