Everything about the agent now lives in the AI Gateway

The agent's settings moved from Settings into the AI Gateway, with a new Helpers tab that picks the models for sub-sessions and subagents.

Settings now holds the app itself: input, appearance, folders, setup, sign-in, notifications and your phone. The AI and the agent moved to the AI Gateway, beside the providers and models they depend on. Its Agent tab has Behavior, Instructions, Permissions and Capabilities, and the automatic AI allowance sits at the foot of Usage. An old link to a Settings tab that moved opens the Gateway tab it became.

The new Helpers tab picks the model for each kind of helper. A sub-session works on a separate task in parallel, in its own chat. A subagent answers a quick lookup inside a turn. Each starts on the same model as the main agent, and the engine runs a helper on the model you pick.

Open usage in Settings did nothing, because the usage panel stays hidden while a pane is open. It now opens the Gateway on its Usage tab. Views that only made sense for one model or one provider are gone: the per-model knobs table, the Decision Lab, the local decision layer in the Rack and two tuning switches for one compaction model.
