The docs catch up with the latest app

The docs now cover the Versions command line, the checks before a shell command runs, several edits at once, and how program scripts are checked first.

Site

Every docs page was read again against the app's code. The command line page explains `bandicot vcs`, which shows and restores a project's versions from Terminal, and the Versions page walks through using it. The approvals page lists each check a shell command passes before it runs, which commands are always allowed, and what each refusal means.

The agent pages explain several edits to one file in one step, the short note a repeated read returns, and how a program script is checked before it runs and shares a repeated read. Chats list every `/` command and both ways to run a command or a tool straight from the bar. Settings covers Helpers, the agent presets, and the System One rows, and the methods reference lists all 283 engine methods.
