Your profile and project instructions guide the agent
Bandicot no longer reads AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md files. What the agent follows is your profile and the instructions you give each project in Settings.
Instructions you set in Bandicot
Files written for other coding agents can say things you never meant for Bandicot, and they were read without you seeing them. Now the agent follows only what you set here: your profile, its preferences, and each project's own instructions in Settings.
The agent still sees the project plan and its session's own plan every turn, so it keeps working from the steps you agreed on.
