Chat works again when your project is your home folder
A session whose folder holds Bandicot's own data, like your home folder, answered every message with an error. It now chats and runs tools normally.
Version history never tracks a folder that holds Bandicot's private data, such as your home folder, so it can't record its own files. That rule leaked into every run there: each message, typed or spoken, came back as RootOverlapsDataDirectory and nothing happened.
Those sessions now behave like any folder without version history: the agent answers, reads and runs its tools, and history stays off for that folder. Pick a project folder when you want changes you can undo.
