Add a model from Hugging Face
Any single-file GGUF model on Hugging Face can now be added from Browse. Bandicot checks it fits first and never runs it if the file changes.
Checked first
Bandicot reads the model's header, works out the memory it needs and checks the disk before anything downloads. A repository without a GGUF file, or one too big for this Mac, is turned down in one line.
Yours, and only as added
Added models sit under Added by you with their licence. Bandicot records the file's fingerprint on the first download and checks it before every load, so a file swapped on disk is never run.
