Pictures in a conversation now open in a large view on click. Click again for actual size and scroll around; Escape closes it.
A closer look without leaving the chat
Screenshots, charts and other pictures the agent shares now open over the conversation when you click them, fitted to your window, with the file name and size above.
Click the picture to see it at its own size and scroll to any corner, click again to fit it back, and press Escape or click outside to return to the chat.
